Characteristic:
YDW Series Low-noise Air-condition Fan is a new kind of fan with high efficiency and adjustable running speed. It is made up of the advanced multi-wing impellers, logarithmic gyroidal-shaped shell, built-in low-noise auto motor with adjustable running speed, arc-shaped wind entrance etc. Both sides of the fan can absorb wind. They have the characteristics of small volume, strong wind and slight vibration. Auto motors can reduce pressure with the help of three-phase pressure-adjuster so as to adjust the speed as needed. Thus, they are suitable for the places with frequently changed wind speed. That's why they are the perfect fittings for air conditions, purifying machines, heating & aerating equipments, refrigerator and mobiles' drying-lacquer instruments. |

Structure: |
YDW Series Low-noise Air-conditioner Fan is made up of shell, impeller, wind entrance, auto motor, etc.
1, The shell is made of the whole zinc-plating steel board and doesn't need to seal the joint. It is heat-resistant and wet-resistant with beautiful shape. And it can stands wear and tear.
2, The impeller is the front-ward multi-wing arc-shaped vane riveted with front-pan and middle-pan. It's well done by using zinc-plating steel board. In order to guarantee the perfect precision, all the accessories of impeller are formed through punching treatment, then rectify them by static and dynamic balance after their combination. Thus, the impeller runs with slight vibration, excellent pneumatic capability, low noise and reliable performance.
3, The wind entrance is made through the mould processing treatment. And its material is the zinc-plating steel. It's installed in both sides of fan. The section paralleling to the bearing is curve-shaped, which results in the fluent air transfer and little wastage.
4, Auto motor: We use the outer-rotor three-phase asynchronous low-noise auto motor. The impeller is connected together with the auto motor by bolts, which result in the reduction of transfer wastage and the improvement of efficiency. With the help of three-phase pressure adjuster and converting-frequency speed adjuster, the running speed can be adjusted to meet the requirements of adjustable-wind volume.
5, This series of fans have two types: "left-revolving" ones and "right-revolving" ones. According to the wire entrance, the clockwise revolving one is right-revolving, while the anticlockwise revolving on is left-revolving. The position of fan's exit can be made at the angle of 00C, 900C, 1800C, etc. You are highly appreciated if you can give us the clear indication when ordering. |

IV)
Safety Precaution
|
1, The medium that the fan transfers is the non-corrosive and non-volatile air without any sticky matter. Thus, the dust and hard granule should be no more than 120mg/m3.
2, The shell should have the good ground connection.
3, It's forbidden to run the fan fully-open. It should run within the limited voltage. Otherwise, it will result in the damage of the fan because of the overloaded power.
4, The fan should have the auto motor protection equipment in order to perform safely.
5, It's strictly forbidden to pull the electric line when you load, unload, transport or move fans; The parts of the fan can't be collided and extruded; It can't be placed where there is wet and corrosive.
6, Please turn off the fan and cut off electricity supply when you hear some exceptional noise and find violent vibration. Then find out the reason and turn it on again after being repaired.
