一.Characteristics of Blower Fans:
DKF serial low-noise centrifugal ventilators are derivative and enlarged series of YDW serial low-noise centrifugal ventilators. This series is up to the design of any air quantity, and air pressure for air conditioners. The product has low noise, high efficiency, large air quantity, low rotation speed, light mass and such other points that includes forerake type (DKF Series) and retroverted type (DKF<H> Series). Respectively, they consist of such parts as forward vane and rearward vane, logarithmic helix cabinet and arc streamline air inlet. They are shaped in moulds and with complete galvanized plate and adjustable frame structure and belt wheel can be exchanged to use. So they are the ideal supporting products for such industries of air conditioning, decontamination, paint-baking room and refrigeration. |
二.Fan Structure
:
1.The cabinet is wholly seamed with galvanized sheet steel without welding to get a nice look.
2.Forward multi-wing arc vane rivet joints front dish and middle dish to form a forerake vane wheel. The material is galvanized sheet steel. Retroverted vane wheel is formed through fixing and sealing backward arc vanes, fore dish and middle dish with special fixures. For fine precision of vane wheel, all parts of vane wheel are punched to form shape with moulds at one go. It is corrected it with static and dynamic balance after assembly.
3.Shaft material is h-qualified structural carbon steel. Two-time critical rotation speed checks are done in design to get a high intensity, good rigidity and excellent stability.
4.Air inlet is processed through moulds with galvanized sheet. It is set up on both sides of fan whose section parallel with axial direction is curving, so the air flows smoothly with little loss.
5.Bearings are imported ones or home famous-brand high-qualified bearings that have reliable quality, good durability, long lives and smooth operation.
6.Drive with triangle zone and change the diameter of belt wheel to get good deal of operating conditions. So it can fully meet the requirement for air quantity and air pressure of empty air conditioner. |

三.Uses
:
1、 Ventilation and air exchange in such buildings as industrial structure, civil structure, mine structure, tunnels and underground.
2、 Supporting various air conditioner, air cleaner and so on.
3、 Ventilation and air exchange fore various auto paint-baking room and drying room.。 |
四.Notice of Customers：
1.Transportation medium of fan is air and gas without cauterization, exploding or viscous substances. Dusts and hard granules in the medium are not bigger than 120mg/m3;
2.Choose a model of fan according to air quantity, air pressure and high efficiency. Rotation speed, shaft power, noise and such other technical parameters of an operating mode of a fan depend on air quantity and air pressure (full pressure).
3.Bearings of fan are set in the bearing base with self-aligning bearing and a lubricator fitting is set. Below 70℃, every 15℃ bearing temperature rises, the lubricator fitting time will be reduced half. If li-sulfuryl grease bearing is used, the highest temperature can not be over 110℃
4.Installation Angle: Installation angle depends on air outlet direction of fan. Facing the side of belt wheel, if rotates clockwise, it's right and withershins, left.
5.To prevent over electricity current of motor, fan is not allowed to work wholly opened. It should work under rated electric current, or the motor can be burnt out for over-loaded power.
6.protection device of electromotor is necessary in installation;
7.Outer cover of the fan should have good earth connection;
8.During operating, stop the fan, cut off power, find out problem and clear trouble, if there's any exceptional sound, severe vibration and etc. And only after the above actions, can it work again.
9.Please give indication of models, specification, flux, total-pressure, rotation speed, direction of air outlet and left-turning type and right-turning type in your order.
10.Give clear indication of your special requirements in your order.
